What this site is
This site describes how Mitchell Kwan works with aesthetic clinics. Everything on it is general information about that work. It is not advice for your clinic, your finances or your compliance obligations. Decisions about your business should rest on your own situation and, where it matters, your own professional advisers.
Results
Campaign figures on this site, such as the PM Aesthetics numbers, come from client engagements and are described with their basis where they appear. They describe what happened for one clinic at a particular time. They are not a promise of what will happen for your clinic, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Working together
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. If Mitchell takes your clinic on, the terms of that engagement, including scope, fees and responsibilities, are set out in a separate written agreement. That written agreement governs the work.
The forms on this site
When you submit a form on this site, such as the book-a-call form, your details are stored and Mitchell is notified by text message and email. Depending on the form, you may also receive an acknowledgement or your results by email. How that information is handled is set out on the privacy page. Submitting a form does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side.
Intellectual property
The words, films and photography on this site belong to Mitchell Kwan or to the clinics that appear in them, who have consented to their use here. Please do not copy, republish or reuse any of it without asking first.
Links, video and fonts
Video on this site is streamed through Bunny, and fonts are loaded from Fontshare. Those services receive your IP address when the page loads, and the video player may set its own cookies. Any external sites this site links to have their own terms, which Mitchell does not control.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version on this page is the current one. They are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
