What this covers
This page describes what information this site collects, what happens to it, and how to have it removed. It covers mitchellkwan.com and the forms on it.
What is collected
The site collects what you type into its forms. The book-a-call form asks for your name, mobile number, email address and an optional note. The scorecard asks for your name, clinic name, email, mobile and your answers. Other forms on the site collect the same kind of contact details. There are no accounts and no payments on this site.
What happens with it
Form submissions are stored in a database and Mitchell is notified by text message and email so he can respond to you. Depending on the form, you may also receive an acknowledgement or your results by email. Your details are used to respond to your enquiry. They are not sold, and they are not passed to third parties beyond the services below that process them.
What is deliberately absent
This site runs no advertising pixels and no analytics trackers. There is no Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, and no tracking cookies set by the site itself.
Services that process data
The site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Form details are stored with Neon (a hosted database). Text notifications go through Twilio and emails through Resend. Video is streamed by Bunny and fonts are served by Fontshare; both receive your IP address when a page loads, and the video player may set its own cookies. Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
Seeing or deleting your details
Email mitchell@mitchellkwan.com and ask. He will tell you what is held about you, correct it, or delete it.
