Measured to what patients paid.

You should be able to question any number I show you. So each one comes with where it came from, what it counts and what it leaves out.

01Client case study

PM Aesthetics, Manning WA.

Two offers ran on Meta from late March to the end of July 2026. We followed every new patient through Priscilia's own booking and invoice records up to 23 September 2026.

Priscilia Yong, founder, PM Aesthetics & Co

Filmed partway through the campaign, on 6 July 2026. The figures she mentions are where both offers stood that day. The figures on this page are the final count, from her records to 23 September 2026.

PM Aesthetics, Manning WA. Campaign patients only, from four months of Meta ads, late March to the end of July 2026. Revenue is what those patients paid from their first visit to 23 September 2026, less any refunds. Revenue, not profit: it excludes my fees and treatment costs. A further A$15,290 ex GST is booked but not yet collected, and isn't counted. Individual results vary.

02How I count results

Four rules every figure on this site follows.

Collected, not booked
Revenue means money patients have actually paid. What's booked but not yet paid is shown separately, never added in.
The clinic's records, not the ad platform
Figures come from the clinic's own booking and invoice system, checked patient by patient.
Revenue, not profit
A return figure is collected revenue divided by ad spend. It doesn't include my fees, treatment costs or anything else.
Client and own-clinic results kept apart
What I did in my own clinic is labelled as mine. It's never mixed into a client's numbers.

03In their words

“Very professional and friendly, and the ad Mitch created was absolutely amazing.”

Shally O'Donnell, registered nurse and owner, Inglewood Skin Studio. From her Google review.

“Having someone you can genuinely trust with your business is rare, and Mitch has been exactly that.”

Keshia Patterson, owner, Extreme Beauty, Bedford WA. From her Google review.

“I've never had to explain my industry, my clients or my brand to him. He already knew, which is rare and it shows in the work.”

Michelle Mexted, Director and Founder, Aesthetics Recruitment Australia. From her Google review.

Tell me what's happening in your clinic and where growth feels stuck. We'll find the likely constraint and the next step worth looking into. You might be ready to explore, need to repair part of the pathway first, or find I'm not the right fit.
