I bought and ran an aesthetic clinic in Manning, in Perth’s southern suburbs. I rebuilt it as Face Foundry and put 82 bookings on the calendar in 30 days at $60 a booking. When I brought on a new dermal therapist, the same machine filled her diary with 47 bookings in 10 days.

The Perth laser clinics I’ve worked with since came in at $52 and $41.60 a booking, with patients paying a deposit before they arrived. Every one of those numbers came from the WA market, not a case study from interstate.

Are you actually based in Perth?

Yes. I'm in Rockingham, south of Perth, and I ran my own aesthetic clinics in Manning. So for a WA clinic I'm genuinely local. I don't fly in and bill you for it. I can be on-site for the shoot and the consultation work without the travel cost a Sydney or Melbourne agency would pass on to you.
